Katie and Andy have a great wedding planned with lots of natural beauty at both Stan Hywet and Gervasi. To contrast this and build a varied and interesting final set of images, and to give a nod to their current home of Chicago, we decided to do something more urban for the engagements. Katie suggesting Great Lakes Brewery and Shooter’s Bridge, two Ohio City locations that I love.
We started around the brewery and used some of the cool facades in the neighborhood. Next, the bridge provided us with an epic industrial view and that really great ivy. We finished up back at the brewery, where they love to hang out when they are in town, for a Nosferatu and a couple cool photos. Mostly for the Nosferatu. Thanks to the GLB staff for being cool about us stopping in!
