Our portrait session process consists of three key steps:
1. The planning session
This very important first step establishes what you are hoping to get out of your portrait session, what types of products you are interested in, and what type of room or setting you would like to display these products in. This step insures that we plan the right type of session, and that we provide images that fit the products you are interested in. During this session, we also discuss wardrobe, color palettes, photo locations and how to get everyone comfortable in front of the camera.
2. The photo session
The photo session can take place in our studio, at your home, or any other place you can think of that might be meaningful to you based on what is decided during the planning session. Please keep in mind that any location fees would be your responsibility to cover, as well as mileage for locations beyond 50 miles from the studio.
3. The ordering session
Approximately two weeks after the photo session, we will invite you back to the studio to view the images and help you select which images would be best for the products you have chosen. Image selection can be a very difficult process for some, so we are happy to lend our eye and expertise to help you decide what images you would like to display, and how you would like to display them.
Session Fees
- $250 image creation fee for weekday session
- $350 for weekend sessions, pending availability.
All prints, wall art, albums, greeting cards and digital files are available to purchase during your ordering session.
