Overview
When not hosting chic, urban weddings, Music Box Supper Club is a combo concert venue and supper club located in Cleveland’s East bank of the Flats where you can enjoy fantastic food and stellar music at the same time. Music Box is located right on the bank of the Cuyahoga River. Take just a few steps from the front entrance and you are on a wide riverside boardwalk with spectacular views for the downtown Cleveland high rises and the bridges that connect Downtown to everything west of the river. You are also just a short walk from other iconic Cleveland locations like the Shooters Bridge, Windows on the River and the Cleveland Aquarium.
Ceremonies
Ceremonies can take place in the main concert hall or on the back terrace. The large banks of windows provide plenty of saying into the concert hall during the day and the terrace provides an amazing view of the surrounding area. Â
Photo Opportunities
The riverside boardwalk right next to the main entrance is a great spot for bridal party photos with fantastic views of the river, the east bank of the flats, downtown, and Cleveland’s most famous bridges. We love this spot at night when the lights under the bridges and the up lights on Terminal Tower come up. Take a walk down the boardwalk towards the lake at sunset for some amazing golden hour and dusk light. Make your way down the other side of the building and you will find the ever-famous shooters bridge; an out of commission lift bridge now covered in rust and ivy.
Receptions
Wedding receptions at Music Box Supper Club are a unique experience that you just won’t find anywhere else in Cleveland. Music Box is primarily a concert venue so as you would expect, they have invested quite a bit into their stage and state of the art sound system. Music Box will allow your band or DJ to plug straight into the house sound system providing unbelievable concert-quality sound for your reception. This might not seem like a big deal on paper, but this can make a huge difference in the vibe and level of energy on the dance floor. The Edison bulb cloud up above the main dance floor is an ever-present source of mood lighting and can be a great accent to your floral decor and lighting plans.
