We first encountered accountant Jerry just about four years ago when he was in the bridal party for Grace and Leon’s wedding (can you spot him in a few photos?) so we were quite excited when now turned fireman Jerry and his beautiful fiance, Kimberly, contacted us about shooting their wedding which took place this past Saturday at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Tremont.
It’s been a while since we’ve had the opportunity to photograph a Greek Orthodox wedding and it’s always refreshing and exciting to see a different set of customs and traditions surrounding weddings. From the distinctive wedding ceremony, to the flying dollar bills, traditional music and dance, phenomenal food (grape leaf wraps, anyone?) and Ouzo shots, there is rarely a dull moment. Jerry and Kim’s wedding was no different. The traditional Greek music band, Stigma, kept the dance floor swirling.
Congrats, Kimberly and Jerry! It was great spending the day with you guys! It might have gotten a little hot and sticky at the art museum, but at least the rain stayed away!

Great wedding Kim & Jerry! Favs are the two black and white photos with the bridemaids, church chandelier shot, the emotion captured in the father/daughter dance and the last pic of the night! I can vouch for Nisly to do the photos for your many, many babies in the future 🙂 Great pics Genevieve & James.
