A Summer Wedding at Trinity Cathedral and Landerhaven

We recently had the honor of spending the day with Matthew and Roberta as they kick off the next phase of their lives together!  While Matt is a Northeast Ohio native and graduate of the University of Akron, Roberta grew up in Brazil where her family still lives and it was so great to see so many of them make trip to Ohio to help them celebrate their marriage!

The ceremony took place at the stunningly beautiful Trinity Cathedral on Euclid Avenue in Cleveland, Ohio.  This historic church feels a lot like Cleveland’s own Norte Dame and is a real pleasure to shoot in.  The stained glass and stone pillars provided the perfect backdrop for the ceremony and we had a great time wondering around the rest of the building and grounds after the ceremony with the bridal party exploring all the nooks and corners the architecture had to offer.

We then made our way to The Executive Caterers of  Landerhaven where the reception took place in the smaller of the two ballrooms. The Art Deco and Brazilian design elements created the perfect intimate ambience for the dinner and dancing that would follow.  At the end of the night, we had the entire main ballroom to explore where we found some design elements that matched their reception theme perfectly.  I think these images are going to be the perfect conclusion for their wedding album.  Can’t wait to get started on designing it for them!
