Laura and Adam first met in high school where they often collaborated on musicals and in band. But it wasn’t until they re-connected nearly a decade later and several hundred miles away in New York City that their relationship in its current form began to take shape. Â Laura was already living in NYC working as an actress and Adam had just moved to the city to play drums on Broadway. Â They were re-introduced by a mutual friend and were friends for a year before they officially started dating. Â Together, Laura and Adam are perfect for each other. Â Laura is outgoing and driven to achieve while Adam is more laid back, supportive, and very analytical. Â It’s a combination of personalities that has worked out quite well for Genevieve and I so I have no doubt that they will have a long and happy marriage together.
Laura and Adam envisioned a classic, elegant and romantic wedding with an air of old world charm. Â With their love for and extensive experience in the performing arts, what better venue could there possibly be to get married in than Severance Hall? Â Severance Hall is the historic summer home of the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra and is right next door to many of Cleveland’s most significant cultural landmarks. Â After the ceremony in the stunning red marble rotunda, we walked across the street to Wade Lagoon to enjoy the nature, architecture and views just outside the Cleveland Museum of Art. Â The late afternoon sun came out at just the perfect time to really give their wedding day portraits that extra bit of magic that only the right light at the right time can bring.
The reception that followed at The Glidden House was a beautiful affair that struck all the right notes for Adam and Laura. Â Heatherlily elevated the room with their stunning floral decor, Marigold Catering brought the exquisite cuisine, and Chris from Cleveland Music Group kept the dance floor moving. Â All the pieces came together perfectly thanks to the careful planning of Laura’s mother, Bonnie, and the expert coordination by Brandi of All Events Planned.
Laura and Adam – congratulations, and thank you so much for trusting us with the memory of your wedding day! Â And Adam, thanks for indulging me with our short conversation about guitar and music theory. Â It’s something I find super fascinating but don’t get to talk about very often.

Absolutely beautiful
