We knew Kacy from photographing her sister’s wedding in 2013. We remembered her as a happy and fun girl, and we were super excited to hear from her during her own wedding planning! It’s always a great feeling to to have a sibling of a past bride or groom remember and come to us, even better when they are planning a wedding during peak fall color season at a venue we have been wanting to visit =)
We started getting ready at the Massillon River Tree Church, leading into the emotional ceremony. We then worked with the perfect light and fall color outside of the church as well as at the Massillon Woman’s Club for portraits. Finally we headed to Water’s Edge Vineyard for a few more photos and the reception. We loved Water’s Edge, it has beautiful grounds as well as a perfect indoor reception space for the guests and the vendors alike.
Nick and Kacy were genuinely ecstatic to be marrying each other, and considering what they’ve been through, we have no doubt that they have a great marriage ahead of them.
