High School sweethearts Mary and Adam know how to make people feel loved and appreciated. Â This was made evident by the best man’s toast where he had the wedding guests raise their hands if either Mary or Adam had done one of a list of kind, generous or thoughtful thing for them in the past. Â I’m pretty sure just about everyone in that room raised their hand at one point. Â It’s pretty awesome when selfless people find themselves surrounded by their loved ones and true appreciation can be shown in return. Â That’s exactly what this wedding felt like.
The day started out with the ceremony at the classically beautiful Church of the Saviour. Â The stained glass windows, ornate woodwork, and exterior stonework are a thing to behold. Â Like something you would expect to find in Europe, not Cleveland, Ohio. Â After the ceremony and family photos, we headed to Ohio City for some fun photos of the bridal party and the couple. Â We got to try some new things in a familiar space which is always a great bonus for us as photographers and the bridal party was simply a pleasure to be around.
The day ended with an amazing party at The Westin in Downtown Cleveland. Â Blooms by Plantscaping provided expert floral decoration and lighting And Herby “DJ Smoove” kept the party rocking all through the evening.
Mary and Adam – it was so great getting to know you guys through the engagement session and planning process. Â We feel like we really got a sense of your relationship by observing and documenting you and your families on your wedding day and we can’t wait to show you the results of our effort. Â In the meantime, here’s a taste to hold you over.
