We so enjoyed the time we got to spend with Patricia and Eric recently on their wedding day. We have shot many types of weddings over the years but this was our first experience being part of a Lebanese wedding. Based on what we saw at the reception, they know how to celebrate!
Eric and Patricia started their day surrounded by their friends and family at the Marriott Key Center Hotel. The little moments that happen between the members of the bridal party as they prepare for the wedding day are always fun challenge for us to capture and we love using that valuable time getting to know everyone so we can better document the day.
The ceremony took place at St. Maron Church on Carnegie Avenue; a church we have driven by countless times before, but have never shot at. The church was beautiful and the Lebanese ceremony was a new experience for us. After the ceremony, we made a quick stop by 1717 East 9th; the apartment building where Patricia and Eric first met. We jumped out of the limo for a few photos to commemorate the occasion and we even managed a group photo with the couple who originally introduced them! From there, we made our way to the Tremont Cleveland Script sign which boasts a spectacular view of downtown Cleveland from the south. Some heavy clouds rolled in and threatened rain but Patricia and Eric where not deterred.
The clouds began to break as we made our way back to the Key Center for the reception so we were able to sneak in a few more creative portraits before heading inside for the reception.
Congrats, Eric and Patricia! Your day was awesome and we’re looking forward to showing you what we were able to create. Here’s a little peak at some of our favorites!
