Todd and Kara’s wedding at Gervasi Vineyard was a day of love, laughter, friendship, and family. And maybe a few tears, but only tears of joy and a deep sense of gratitude and contentment for the people around them. While the setting, the weather, the food, and the decorations were all perfect, Todd and Kara seemed to know exactly what it was that was making their wedding day so special; their relationship, and the people around them that play such an important part in it.
It’s always a special thing to see a groom get completely awe struck at the site of his bride for the first time. I remember the words “Oh wow” coming out of Todd’s mouth over and over again in their first moments together in the vineyard as there were simply no words to describe what he was seeing. That sense of endearing affection for one another made our job of photographing the two of them together a truly pleasurable experience.
Following a heartfelt ceremony, the party opened up and the celebrations began. Long time collage friend and DJ, Jose, kept the dance floor jamming and was never shy about joining in on the fun himself.
