I think the best way to describe James and Jenny’s wedding is that it was an excellent representation of their personalities. Classic, simple elegance, yet still fun, casual, and approachable. Â James and Jenny picked some beautiful settings for their day. Â We shot at The Country Club, the Museum of Art, and The Shoreby Club for the ceremony and reception. Â We were surrounded with not just grace and beauty but laughter and friendship.
The weather played along quite nicely throughout the day but everyone could see something very ominous brewing over Lake Erie. Â We grabbed James and Jenny for some epic sky-scape portraits as the sun dipped below the storm. Â A little later than evening, as the storm was about to hit land, DJ Scott E. Jones made the announcement for everyone to immediately clear out of the tent and head into the club house.
While we might have had a bit of a break from the dancing, everyone had a blast as we all hunkered down around the bar.  Everyone had a blast telling stories, laughing and joking, and of course, drinking Scotch.  It was a part of the night that I don’t think anyone will forget.  After the storm blew over, everyone headed back out to the tent and the dancing picked up where it left off.
We came home with a ton of great material, but here are just a few of our favorites. Â Congrats, James and Jenny, and thank you so much for making us a part of your day!
