When Heather and I first met Hannah and Justin, we had a lot in common. We both have small dogs – they have Yorkies, we have a Maltese – and we’re all regulars at the Powerhouse Gym in Canton. Furry faces and making gains are two of our favorite things, so we became fast friends!
Hannah loves the vintage aesthetic, so we started with a Mad Men inspired Save the Date session at Brookside. It took some doing, but I think we nailed the now classic logo.
We love one location wedding days, and we were excited when they told us the entire event would take place at Brookside Country Club. The easy going timelines of one location events really help everyone stay comfortable and relaxed, and they would get to enjoy Banquet Manager Troy Grove’s excellent service and Chef Ken’s awesome food all day long! Plus Brookside has a great outdoor ceremony location and quite a few excellent photo spots, it seems like we find a great new nook every time we work there.
The day went just like we thought it would – totally laid-back and fun. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful, the light was perfect for photos, and the reception was a hilarious good time. We ended the evening with a beautiful shot by the fire pit, which has become one of my favorite shots of the year.
We hope you enjoy the photos!
