It was a beautiful day for a wedding at the Glidden House this past Saturday, and we couln’t have been happier to be spending it with Tom and Jen. What started at a culinary media conference a few years ago eventually led to Jen moving from Boston to Cleveland, and the rest is history!
It’s been great getting to know Jen and Tom, and Genevieve has especially enjoyed hearing about Tom’s experience as a professional chef. There was no way Tom was going to allow the food at their wedding to be anything less than fantastic, so he teamed up with Spice of Life Caterers and co-designed an amazing menu for the night. I dare say that the rack of lamb I was served for dinner was probably the best meal I’ve ever had at a reception.
