Diana and Mike were high school sweethearts. They met at Padua in Parma 11 years ago, so their marriage has been a long time coming and they wanted to do it right! Which is why the pristine, secluded and romantic feel of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands was the perfect choice for their ceremony. However they didn’t want to exclude their extended family and friends from the celebration, so they also chose to have an Ohio reception, which we were excited to be a part of!
Diana really loves photography. We’ve talked for hours about her vision for her Ohio photos, and all we needed was the time and opportunity to bring it to life. Because there was no Ohio ceremony, we were able to spend all day traveling around Cleveland, hitting all of their favorite photo locations. We did East 4th, the Hyatt Arcade, the Courthouse, the Library, Wade Oval, Squire’s Castle and Coulby Park. We were able to produce a huge collection of photos, so many that we couldn’t possibly show them all here!
We finished the day at their reception at the Pine Ridge Country Club in Wickliffe. The reception included a beautiful video presentation of the ceremony that transported us all to the islands, tons of deserts and a glow stick dance party.
