Intelligent, accomplished people who don’t take themselves too seriously are a lot of fun to be around and in the time we have gotten to know them from their engagement session and now their wedding reception, we think that’s a pretty accurate way to describe Calvin and Wendy.
Calvin and Wendy invited us to photograph part two of their three part wedding celebration which started a month ago in Cincinnati with a ceremony, then a reception in Canton, Ohio, then finishing off with a West Coast reception in San Francisco. We had a great time with Calvin and Wendy, but I will admit that not shooting a ceremony did leave me with a distinct “am I forgetting something here?” feeling throughout most of the day.
I would like to give a huge shout out to 91 Wood Fired Oven for letting us sneak in before they opened and letting us shoot in their kitchen. Thanks a ton!
