Our Headshot Booth Process

Step 1: Headshot Booth Customization

We work with you to tailor the headshot booth experience to support your brand. Our headshot sign-up form and image delivery galleries can be modified to include your logo, a link to your website, or customized call to action.

Step 2: Headshots Created On Demand

We set up our headshot station at your event or conference booth. We provide a QR code that participants can use to sign up for a headshot by providing their name and email address. We provide professional lighting, backdrops, and posing and expression coaching so for amazing, professional headshots for each person.

Step 3: Instant Image Delivery

Each participant gets a link to their headshots delivered to their inbox instantly. They can then view and download their headshots from their private gallery with your chosen logo and messaging.

Step 4: Lead Generation

At the end of the event, we will provide you with a list of the names and e-mail addresses of all the participants for follow up. At this point, all of the images have already been delivered to the participants so there is no additional work for you there.

Frequent Questions

Our headshot booth can accommodate 20 to 30 people per hour.

Most people spend between 3 to 5 minutes in front of the camera, but this can vary quite a bit. We work really hard to get results quickly! If you have a smaller group and you want a more relaxed experience, we can do that as well.

We need at least 10′ x 10′ of open floor space with access to power and internet. 20′ x 10′ is ideal.
