We guide you through each step of creating your family portrait. Our seamless process ensures that every moment is captured beautifully and transformed into lasting art.

1. Design Consultation Tailored to Your Vision

Think of us as your interior portrait designers. Send us photos of your key walls so we can plan groupings and recommend sizes, frames, and album options tailored to your spaces. You’ll know exactly what we’re creating before the session ever begins.

Session styling and wardrobe suggestions
Session location
Must-have relationships and groupings
Preferred print finishes (mat, frame, canvas, or metal)

2. The Portrait Session

Relaxed and family-friendly. We start with the most important groupings first, then move into natural interactions. We will make time for individuals, siblings, and full-family combinations. Breaks are welcome (and expected) for little ones.

3. Guided Reveal and Ordering Appointment

This is where everything comes together. In a single, guided appointment you’ll:

View a curated slideshow and shortlist your favorites
Compare similar images side-by-side
Visualize wall art to scale using your actual room photos
Design an album collaboratively
Place your order the same day (payment is completed at this appointment)

Note: We do not offer long, open-ended online proofing. The reveal is designed to give you clarity and momentum so your portraits become finished artwork—not another to-do.

Yes – downloadable digital files are included with purchased artwork. While the full set of high-resolution digital files is not included in the creative

fee, they are available as an add-on after the session. Get it touch to request or portrait investment guide for more details.

Plan for 60–120 minutes. We finalize your selections and place your order together.

While we strongly recommend in-person, We do offer both in-person or Zoom reveals with the same guided process and wall visualization.

In general, Neutral, coordinating tones with a few accent colors. Avoid heavy logos or ultra-trendy pieces that may date quickly. We will be able to give you more specific recommendations during your portrait design consultation.

Absolutely. Send us photos of your rooms and walls and we will project your images onto your walls in a variety of groupings, finishes, and sizes.
