What We Have Done So Far
At this point, we have taken your wedding photos and we have designed what, from our perspective, is the ultimate album for your wedding. We created as many spreads as we needed to show you how all the different parts of your wedding day can be displayed in your album. We don’t expect you to use all of the spreads that we design. Instead, we suggest that you go through all of the spreads and choose your favorites to build your album.
What You Need to Do
Alright, here is where you need to roll up your sleeves.
Choose Your Album Spreads
The first step is to select which spreads from all that we have designed that you would like to use in your album. We often design a range of spreads from all the different parts of the day and sometimes there are multiple spreads covering the same type of content for you to choose from. To make those selections, simply type “keep” or “remove” in the comment field under each spread.
If Necessary, Revise the Spreads You Plan to Keep
Once you know which spreads are you planning to use for your album, you can then decide if you would like to replace any of the images on the spreads you plan to keep for other images. We realize that you might like a spread, but you happen to like your expression in a similar photo better. Or, maybe we included a photo of a co-worker on the dance floor and you would rather have a family member there. Sometimes, you don’t want to replace a spread, but you would like to remove an image from a spread or add an image to a spread. We can do that too.
Please be as specific as possible with your revision requests. Requests like “replace image 0495 with image 0039” or “add image 0978 to the right side of the spread” are very easy to understand and execute. Feedback like “I don’t love the image on the left” or “please replace the image on the right with something else” will ALWAYS require further clarification and will slow down the process.
Once you have all of your revisions typed into the comment fields, simply click on Submit Feedback. This will send all of your feedback to us and we will make all of your requested changes.
Approve The Album Design
We will then update the album design and give you a chance to make sure that we understood everything correctly and everything looks as you expected. If so, Great! Simply click the Approve Album button and your job is done. If not, clarify what still needs changing, and click the Submit Feeback button again.
