Team Headshot Pricing

We offer company headshots at your office or other location of your choice. Our studio is also available for new hires and remote workers. Pricing is per person, with discounts for larger teams. The first 4-9 people are $125 each, team members 10-19 are $100 each, and so on.

Every headshot includes a high resolution professionally image downloadable through an online gallery.

How We Make it Easy

Planning and Scheduling

We work with you to develop a schedule of headshot time slots that fits the amount of time you have, and the number of people participating.
You get a link that you can send to the participants allowing them to choose a time slot that works for them.
We call you a few days before the scheduled session date to confirm the start time, location, and background choice.

During the Session

We arrive early to set up our portable headshot studio with professional backdrops and lighting.
Every participant is coaching on posing, body language and expression to help them feel and look confident in front of the camera.
We instantly review the images with the participants and help them choose three to five of their favorite images to retouching and delivery.

Delivery

Within five working days of the session, you get a master gallery link with everyone’s images organized by participant.
Each image will be named FirstName_LastName and delivered in JPEG format ready to be used in print or anywhere on the web.
Optional: We can also send each participant a link to a private gallery containing only their images. This can save you the task of distributing the images.

Frequent questions

Work life is busy and we understand that this can be a real challenge. We recommend that we get as much of your staff photographed in the same session as possible. After that, the remaining employees can set up an appointment at our studio as their schedule allows. We will use the same lighting and backdrop to ensure a seamless, consistent look across the entire team.

We aim to retouch with empathy and love, and we think it’s important to keep it real. We want everyone to look like they would on their best day when they are well rested and hydrated, having a great hair day, and their skin is clear and blemish free. Temporary blemishes will always be removed and more permanent features like scars or moles can be remove on request.

Absolutely! Group photos are priced per group and include on high resolution retouched file of each group.

Our studio is conveniently located in Green Ohio, right off of the Arlington and Massillon Rd exits. We offer in-studio and on-location on an appointment basis.

We regularly photograph teams and groups in Akron, Fairlawn, Green, Canton, Medina and beyond.
